How to Book

1. Pilih tipe dan cek harga ruangan serta tanggal dan waktu penggunaan

2. Reservasi melalui:

• Whatsapp Admin (088808523658)

• Booking Form (Meeting Room or Coworking Space)

Tim kami akan mengonfirmasi ketersediaan ruangan dan total biaya.

3. Pembayaran

• QRIS

• Kartu Debit/Kredit

• Tunai

4. Ruangan Siap Digunakan

• Datang sesuai jadwal dan gunakan Ruangkami dengan nyaman😊

Booking Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• Please arrive on time as scheduled as the session time will begin as booked.

• Preferably pay via Bank Transfer or QRIS (contact admin for details).

For bookings under Rp 500,000:

• Full payment is required in advance to secure the room or space.

• On-the-spot bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-paid, first-served basis.

For bookings over Rp 500,000:

• A minimum 50% deposit or full payment is required to confirm. Balance due 4 Days before.

• Full payment is needed upfront for any meeting space & food packages and multiple passes.

Add-ons:

• Add-ons like extra hours, equipment, or other packages depend on availability and charges applied.

House Rules:

• No smoking/vaping

• No pets.

• Light meals allowed (clean up after use).

• Please maintain cleanliness and keep noise to a minimum.

• Damage or loss of property may incur additional charges.

• Take care of your personal belongings, as we are not responsible for any lost items.
